Our Monthly Training Series (MTS) gives you a regular opportunity to push yourself. Whether you start the Challenge at the beginning of the month or join in the last week, set yourself a distance goal and make it happen.
To keep you motivated along the way, there are five milestone achievement badges to be earned. They start at 40 km and go all the way up to 200 km. The farther you go, the more badges you’ll earn.
Regardless of the weather, the time of year, or your other commitments, get out there this month and prove that no one loves running more than you do.
Total Kilometers Run
Athletes that run over 200 km during the Challenge will earn a badge in their Trophy Case.
The Challenge starts and ends based on each runners local time zone.
Manual entries, treadmill runs, or runs marked 'Private' will not count towards your Challenge effort.
All activities logged during the Challenge period must be uploaded to Strava no later than three days after the Challenge ends.
