Open every month, our Monthly Training Series (MTS) is there when you need an extra challenge. Whether you start the Challenge on February 1st or join in the last week, set yourself a distance goal and and make it happen.
To keep you motivated along the way, there are five milestone achievement badges to be earned. They start at 40 km and go all the way up to 200 km.
Regardless of the weather, the time of year, or your other commitments, get out there this February and prove that no one loves running more than you do.

Athletes that take part in this Challenge will receive the gift of fitness (and potentially some digital milestone badges).
The Challenge starts and ends based on each runners local time zone.
Manual entries, treadmill runs, or runs marked 'Private' will not count towards your Challenge effort.
All activities logged during the Challenge period must be uploaded to Strava no later than March 3rd, 2014.
