Get into the spirit of giving and start the holiday season with this free virtual 5K race. You can compete with friends and family for bragging rights and with runners around the globe on the Strava leaderboard!

Prepare yourself for second helpings on Thanksgiving-or burn those calories after your big feast-by running 5K anywhere in the world. Already have a turkey trot lined up? You can count those miles toward your virtual race, and race not only your friends and family, but turkey trotters all over the world!

Please note: Upon uploading your results, you must tag the activity as a Race for Strava to count the fastest time you ran that distance and mark the race complete.

Prize Information

Runners who complete the Year-End 5K PR Series will receive a limited-edition finisher medal.

Additional Info

The Challenge starts and ends based on each runner's local time zone.

All activities logged during the Challenge period must be uploaded to Strava no later than three days after the Challenge ends.

Manual entries, virtual runs, or treadmill runs are not eligible. Activity privacy settings must be marked "Everyone" to count towards the Challenge goal.

Each activity must be tagged as a "Race" in order to count towards the challenge and influence an athlete's leaderboard position.
