Flight Crew Trail - Capilano Canyon - Short

A perfect route for someone new to trail running. A beautiful climb following the smooth flowing trails along the Capilano River up to the scenic lookout on top of the Cleveland Dam. Road shoes acceptable for this route in good weather conditions. Well behaved dogs are welcome on this route.

In order to participate in our trail runs, you will need to carry enough food and water for at least 2 hours on your feet. The aim is to finish the run in under 2 hours.
