Upper mountains Monday social run. Every Monday, starting and (more importantly) finishing at the Explora Co cafe......the emphasis being on the social.

Meet at Explora Co (187-197 Leura Mall) at 6:30am and expect to be done by 7:30am and join us for a coffee and a chat afterwards.
