Here's the idea: Run or walk at least a mile every day until social distancing is no longer required — then keep going if you choose! Start whenever you are ready. Run or walk inside or out (preferably outside whenever possible). Run, walk, hike, treadmill, wheelchair and manual activities all count. We can keep active, stay healthy, and support one another through this crazy time! Join the club and tag your activities, IG photos, etc. #covid19runstreak
