Metrotown Run Crew

Join us every Thursday for a socially-distanced run celebrating our Burnaby neighbourhoods and the community that helps make us who we are.

We are beginner-friendly and welcome all levels to join!

First time joining? Complete the wavier below. Our run leaders will take us through a ~5km route at an easy-going social pace. The route will be posted by Tuesday.

We're just getting started, so stay tuned for swag, prizes, brewery hops, demo gear and more!

Weekly commitment is not required - join us when you can!

PLEASE NOTE:
- Please do not attend if you are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms or have been recently exposed to COVID-19
- Head lamps or flashlights are MANDATORY for the winter months as we will be running in the dark. We recommend wearing additional reflective gear and lights to protect the safety of the group.
