The main aim of the challenge is to complete 12 days of running between 1st - 18th December.
Use the challenge to motivate you to get out running in the days leading up to Christmas.
Day 1 - 1km, Day 2 - 2km, Day 3 - 3km .......... Day 12 - 12km. Change the days around as suits you but you should aim to have covered at least 78km over the 18 days (include rest days where needed)
Switch the days round to suit your plan as you see fit but aim to do one of the set distances on each day you run between 1st December - 18th December.
Make the challenge tougher by changing from KM to Miles :-)
