Team Subscription Terms
Effective Date: May 4, 2026
These Team Subscription Terms govern your access to and use of Strava Team Subscriptions, a Service offered by Strava where you may purchase a set of Strava subscription codes through strava.com/bulk-subscriptions (“Team Codes”) for you to distribute. If you are accessing or using Strava Team Subscriptions on behalf of an entity, then you agree to these Team Subscription Terms on behalf of yourself and that entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Team Subscription Terms on behalf of that entity, and all references to “you” reference that entity.
1. Team Codes
Your Team Codes will be active for one year from the date of your purchase on Strava Teams Subscriptions (the “Distribution Period”), and the Team Codes must be redeemed within that Distribution Period. A one-time annual Strava subscription will start on the date a Team Code is redeemed by a member of your organization, team, or group. After the Distribution Period, any unredeemed Team Codes shall be void. There will be no refunds for expired Team Codes or for any other reason.
Your Team Codes may only be distributed to members of your organization, team, or group. You may not resell, auction, barter, trade, bundle, or otherwise transfer Team Codes for value, whether monetary or otherwise. Posting Team Codes publicly or distributing them to individuals outside of your organization, team, or group is strictly prohibited. Strava has the right to suspend or terminate Team Codes and refuse current or future use of Strava Team Subscriptions if you violate these Team Subscription Terms, or as otherwise determined within Strava’s discretion.
Team Codes do not automatically renew. Team Codes are for purchased subscriptions, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. The access, use, and purchase of Strava Team Subscriptions and Team Codes are subject to Strava’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these Team Subscription Terms by reference.
2. Existing Web Subscribers
If a recipient of a Team Code is already a web subscriber through strava.com, they may redeem their Team Code anytime prior to the end of the Distribution Period, and it will extend their existing subscription term by another 12 months. After the expiration of the subscription that was redeemed the Team Code, the subscriber’s billing information on file will be charged the then-current subscription rate if subscriber’s account is elected to automatically renew. Redeeming a Team Code does not change a subscriber’s previously elected automatic renewal preferences.
3. Existing App Subscribers
If a recipient of Team Code is already subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, they must cancel their current subscription and wait for their existing subscription to expire before redeeming their Team Code.
