Look at these amazing pahoehoe lava flows and huge shield volcano craters! This is actually insane, there are even preserved tree stumps! All the rock is tholeiitic basalt, assumingly from a hotspot. But the hotspot is supposed to be in Yellowstone…? THE PLOT THICKENS
