4 day through hike for my first time in California. Scrambling on some highball v0s was so much fun at Guitar Lake. Type 1 fun first 3 days then a hard push to summit, 5 miles and 3k vert in 2 hours with 25lb ruck starting at 1am! Watch died 100ft before the shelter at the peak.. Walked down the 99 switchbacks and then jogged it into the parking lot. 
Top 70 of all time for 12k JMT to Merge w/ Whitney trail feels good though 🤘

Food:
 Breakfast bar
 Potato and ramen bomb
 Rice and chicken pack
 Tortilla, dehydrated peanut butter, honey and dark chocolate
 Dried mango


Ramen bomb caught up with me on the last day 😆 had to wag it not once but twice 😬
