Bradbury Walkabout

Started in snow, changed to rain about ten minutes in, brief sunrise rays poked through, brutally cold and windy near the top of Moosilauke. Looped the wind, cold, sleet and rain playlist the rest of the day. On the physical side, this felt like strong reinforcement that I am in fact NOT even close to ready, so this turned into a route scouting endeavor. Body felt fine overall, but the pace was atrocious. Met a couple of nice folks along the way after not seeing anyone for the first 11+ miles.

Lastly, and quite importantly, another huge ‘thank you’ to co-conspirator Katie Kokkinos for the car drop scheming in the face of running her own half-marathon (and killing it!) this morning.
