man this course is brutal lol. goal was 2:49-2:52 range so i’d say im pretty happy. 68th/~26,000 open. was supposed to be a “comfortable hard” effort but it was no longer comfortable by like mile 11. hanging on for that long in pain has this race probably ranking in my top 5 that i’m most proud of. but the burnout from doing 4 races this season really showed itself today, the body was done early, but that was mostly expected. i’m so ready for trail season and a change of pace. P.S.… my hamstrings have left the chat💀
