Didn't think I'd end up doing a workout class in a monkey temple today

Three Pass + EBC Fin

Wow what a freaking day this was. All day was clear and could see the huge bois, and it was warm. So hard not to take out the camera every minute. Made it up to the first of the three passes, Renjo La at 17,500ft, and for sure felt that shiz so I took some Advil. Made it down to the incredible lake town Gokyo and stopped to eat cause I really wasn't eating much in general. Immediately felt like a train hit me and was bricked the rest of the day. Tried going up Gokyo Ri but felt awful and just wanted to get to Dragnag to lay down. Altitude is legit ladies and gentlemen, and I was not eating enough, plus for sure ate too fast. Everest Base Camp tomorrow
