Testing legs on the Mill trails for 4 laps (before it rains this week) with Mr. Bill to prepare for MGA’s Rope Mill Fast 15 race.
Playing at Talking Rock solo while jammin to my tunes. I wanted to ride some long miles on gravel bike but settled for Mtn biking. Safer.
Rode Fool’s Gold 38 mile course minus the pavement with Mr. Bill. Great weather, dry trails, multiple trees down, allergies kicking my butt, but awesome ride.
Easy spin w/ Mr Bill on some flowy trails at Fightingtown Creek. Great weather.
Getting reacquainted with MGA’s Rope Mill Fast 15 course. Need to remember how to ride tempo and not endurance pace. Fun but painful. Lucky to have backup bike to ride, but I’ll be glad to get Blur back. Tree down on Avalanche loop 3.
