Brought the skimo skis today. They felt great going up, squirrelly coming down. Got my age group's fastest time on every uphill segment. On the downhill I was slowed down by needing to get over a cat grooming cable laid across the slope. 

I also got age group fastest time on my favorite Strava segment here - "How fast is your transition?" It tracks the full lap on Baldy - up+transition+down. Tonight I did that in 1:15:03.
