Fasted Recovery run

Ha. Can run pretty fast relaxed. Missing another gear. Tried 3x5k faster at 18k, 27k and 35k. Nice lactate reading at 40k of 1.6. With these marathon runs my muscles are always shot at the end. No profuse sweating like other times. Better weather and took Maurten Bicarb before which has a lot of sodium. And probably helped my lactate some.  Pack and shorts were covered with sodium. Something that never happens with profuse sweating.
