Great warm up with Megan before running a 40ish min moderate tempo along the front range rollers! Felt the send off energy and kept that feeling of running joy in my mind at cruising speed. Feel like I should have pushed the downs a bit more, hmm, not so good Teddy. Still ran fast and felt good about my run, very good Teddy! 
Celebrating a fun run with Megan and reminiscing when we hiked this together on our last outing. Lots of smiles!
Add on strides at the end. Need to rebuild that top end speed. So much treadmill means fastest I’ve gotten the legs moving is 5 min/mile and Nordictrack shakes all over there so I usually stick to 5:30 min/mi max. 
PF100caf at 20, SIS160 at 40 during tempo, SIS90 at 60, SIS160 at 80.
