4:30a start, 4:40p finish
Strava is crazy thinking I did this in <5hrs!
Actual trail mileage = 36.9 miles
Used low battery use GPS mode

Training day for LT unsupported attempt in the future. Realized on the way that the skin on my feet felt like they were on fire for two days because I got Aliza's foot, hand, and mouth disease!  Not a good day for the feet. Was going to be two days but had to call it short due the above issues. 

I have time the first two weeks of August, but the humidity caused lots of comfort/skin issues (I guess a lot probably due to the disease) but I am contemplating if August makes sense (probably not). Not sure when I can make this thing happen!!!

Good practice with gear, pace, and long haul nutrition. These things went well, but I can see it will be hard to eat well after a couple days .... brooding ...
