"Tripple Crown" trek in one push. Most folks do this loop with an overnight on the ridgeline. We were packed with normal AR XPD gear to sim race conditions.  Glad we did because we used most gear other than emergency stuff.  My watch tracker battery died so the last part was captured in the next strava activity.  Our IT bands started failing so had to be babied for the last 7 hours slowing our pace down to 22+ min per mile.  VERY glad we both had trekking poles. Would have had to bail out if not.  Brent Russell whooped our time.  He went ultralight and ran the damn thing in 10:36.  BEAST!
