Almost forgot how to run

This was the longest I’ve ever spent on my feet at once, and it was very hard. Met someone named Travis associated with the race (an rd?) who was doing trailwork, and let him convince me to add the blowout mountain section, which I had planned to skip. Got off trail there and added a bit extra including some bushwhacking to get back to the course. Ate so many wild strawberries
