trail run!!! was planning on an easy 5 miler today but the extended trail looked tooOoOo fun. had to really shuffle on some painful uphills but that was my most meditative run in a while 😍 the highlight was just as I was coming up through the trees to the ocean (first photo) Dave Matthews started the transition into This Land Is Your Land (from radio city concert) and I was 🥺🥺🥺😍😍
