Great hike with Jason. Will this impact my performance at XC Champs tomorrow, likely. Do I regret this, absolutely not. Weather was alright, in the clouds between Madison and Washington, with lots of wind (like 50ish mph), but we got through it. Also got another summit checked off the pint list, Van Leeuwen's Campfire S'Mores atop Adams. 41/48.

Huge Prezi PR for me today, from 11h40m down to 8h17m now, but I know there's still plenty more room there. Def think I can go sub-6 with Jackson, just need the right conditions.

All the huts are closed, but didn't need them anyway. Brought 1L water and probably drank between 600-700ml of it. Besides the ice cream on Adams, had some sport beans ascending Monroe, otherwise nothing. 

Wore half tights and a t-shirt along with a normal headband as the temps were in the mid-40s to start. Got windy above treeline, but manageable. Chilly sections on and off, but wasn't until going over Clay and up to Washington that a jacket probably would have been nice. Put on my windbreaker and gloves on Washington, but promptly removed them at the base of Monroe, probably would've been better off with gloves sooner and never touching the jacket.

So who's in for this traverse next month?
