Decent little hike after work. Would have liked to get in Eisenhower, but started a bit late for that and weather wasn't great. Able to go spikeless until about a quarter mile from the top of Jackson. Opted to start with Jackson today as that is the more technical trail, and also if it gave me more time to make a decision on Eisenhower. Kept the spikes on until about a 6.5 before the trail was just getting too bare to continue with them. I know they're my junk pair, but even I have limits.  Guess I got a couple of crowns too, so that's nice. Certainly could go faster if there was decent snow coverage or dry trails.
