Team Vitality Cycling Champs Last Sunday Ride 2021 - Pretoria

Good day Team Vitality Cyclists. Pretoria Cycling Champs have put together a long, last ride for the year. Let's stay together and send 2021 out with some exciting sprints. EVERYONE is welcome. Let’s paint the town in Team Vitality colours (race kit ORANGE or training kit BLACK).

Date: Sunday, 12 December 2021
Meeting point: Let’s meet at the covered parking D1, next to the Virgin Active gym at the Mall @ Reds (Rooihuiskraal Rd & Reddersburg street) Centurion.
Arrival time: 05:10am
Meet time: 05:20am (Ride briefing)
Wheels roll: 05:30am

Group ride: 150km @ 25+km/h Captains: Elisha & Morena

Please ensure you can keep up with the minimum avg for the group ride as this is important to keep the ride safe for all on the ride.

Please ensure all your equipment is ride ready and safe. You are responsible for your own equipment on the ride. Let's be safe and observant of the road rules all the time for our safety and use robots as regrouping.

Also bring along a snack (banana/energy or protein bar) and water for hydration. Extra drinks can be loaded into the support vehicle.
