Interested in improving your hill running? Come join us for a masterclass from trail running coach Simone Brick on Saturday 4th December. Session starts at 8:30 which means you can do the park run as your warm up... 🙃

The first of hopefully many Hill/Trail Sessions to come!
Meeting Point is Studley Park Boathouse, near the Parkrun start. I will be in my Blue Evolve top and be there from 7:45am.

For this one the session itself will start at 8:30AM, allowing anyone who wants to jog parkrun as a warm up to do so since we can actually do that now (and Studley park is a great parkrun with a few hills!).
Parkrun starts at 8am, but if you don't want to do parkrun for warm up, feel free to do a separate warm up and be back at the boathouse ready to go at 8:30am.

WHAT'S COVERED?
- Basic uphill/downhill technique on road
- Uphill/Downhill trail technique, including turning while on a downhill
For those that want to, we will finish with:
3 x ( 400m trail downhill/ 60 sec rest / 400m trail uphill / 60 sec rest ) to work on cues you will have just learnt.

This session is the same structure as our mid week sessions. Free to premium members, $5 for basic members and $10 for non members. Cash or bank transfer are both accepted.
