Evolve Elwood run

A weekly group run for the Evolve family and friends. This is mostly an uncoached run but from time to time will be lead by one of the Evolve coaches.
These runs always have been and always be free for all to participate.

We will head out north and turn back to run approx 20km. We will finish where we started and hopefully all finish close together. This is a choose your own pace run and those who wish to go slower or faster can do so at any point in the run and meet us for coffee afterwards.

Some runners may like to run more or less either before or after the group meets up, please feel free to message one another via the WhatsApp group to arrange beforehand.
Afterwards, for those who would like to, we will grab a coffee at SuperRandom cafe for a chat over coffee/tea/juice. The address is near the corner of New and Martin Street.
