Frankston ANZAC Day session

Meet at Jubilee Park car park adjacent to Hill Street https://maps.app.goo.gl/EUwxr8AndktA4zQK8.
The group will warm up at 7am but feel free to arrive earlier if you'd like to do a longer warm up than 10mins.
The session will be fartlek efforts at goal race pace.
Coffee afterwards at a local cafe for those interested.
