Frankson group run

For anyone wanting to run longer, I suggest meeting up at 7am and then linking in with the group for 8am.

We will head out along the Peninsula Link Trail which is fully pathed the entire way and turn at the Coolstores at Moorooduc which is around 10.8km. However, feel free to turn as early as you like.
A reminder to bring your own water-carrying device for this run.
We aim to have multiple pace groups or otherwise a self paced run and catch up after the run for free tea, coffee and light snacks/pastries at my place afterwards so feel free to come anytime between 9:45 and 11am.
