OTC Saturday Morning Lake Loops

Come on out to our weekly Saturday run around Oakland's beautiful Lake Merritt! Every Saturday, we meet at the Lake Merritt Amphitheater at 8:00am for a lap or 3 with friends, and then close out the run with a little tailgate of donuts and coffee. Anyone is welcome to join us, member or not, and we welcome all paces. We have organized pace groups for a wide range of runners, from 7min miles or faster to 11+ min miles, and we usually do 1-2 loops (each loop is 3.1 miles). Some choose to do workouts on these days, and some choose to do longer runs, but most will just run easy, relaxed miles. Come on out!

The Amphitheater is on the south side of the lake, near the foot bridge.
