Workout Wednesdays @Witter: 400s

We've put in some impressive workouts the past few weeks and we're going to give our bodies a bit of rest and a down week. This won't be an easy workout, but hopefully it won't leave you as gassed as some of the longer ones. My recommendation is to start easy and push a bit harder on each rep, you want to feel like you could push a bit more and hammer on a few extra laps at the end, but don't give in to that temptation. The rest is important for you and your body. It will make you stronger.

Workout: 8-10 400s with 200m rest between.

Time: Warmup at 6:15, gather for drills at 6:25 and then start the workout around 6:30 all together.
