Hey everyone,

For Renegade x Nike's May womxn's event, we'll be hosting a strength class in the shop. This class will be led by Laura Stronach, a certified Pre/Post Natal Exercise Specialist, Personal Trainer, & Nutrition Coach here in the Bay. The class will be 45 minutes long, focusing on activating and strengthening the deep core and pelvic floor muscles. All exercises can be done with body weight and/or dumbbell weights and resistance bands that we will provide.

If possible, please bring your own yoga mat. We have a few extra but not enough for a full class. Since we'll be in the shop, we will have to cap attendance at around 30 people in order to move around comfortably. Please arrive early to secure a spot.

I’m Laura, a certified Pre/Post Natal Exercise Specialist, Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, mama, surfer and runner. I moved to the beautiful Bay Area from London 8 years ago and have been training clients here ever since. My personal training approach focuses on each client’s individual lifestyle, needs and goals. Whether that’s training for a marathon, preparing for childbirth, running around after a toddler, or just wanting to get up from the couch hands free, we’ll train for it! I’m particularly passionate about helping postpartum clients reconnect to their core after childbirth and get back to the activities they love.
