We heart trails and roads, and good company. We run in Ridge Meadows, Burnaby, Langley, and pretty much anywhere with a good trail/path and coffee shop.
Welcome to I Heart Running and Co! Only pre-requisite is a sense of fun and adventure in the pursuit of a healthy mind and body. Runs/Hikes/Group adventures and abound! Join in on the fun!
