COROS Coaches 2024 Fall Training Camp  final challenge: trail marathon in the books! 
i placed 6th female in my age group (58 of 175) and 209th of 447 overall (all genders all ages), so that went well enough! 

challenging terrain, several technical sections, long stretches of sandy trail, strenuous climbs and amazing views! i rolled my ankle around 16km but was able to carry on without too much pain!

for challenge #6, i used mostly GU gels and Stroopwaffles during the activity, adding dates and candy and some chips from aid stations! i did not use the alerts for itbut used the elapsed time to make sure I didn't go past 45minutes without fueling!
