couldn't decide whether I wanted to go all out or not before hand but decided to try, definitely did not feel my a-game at the start, hadn't drank any water all morning just a cup of coffee

still, 2nd overall makes me really happy, good three-way fight for second that set up after the first K and went down to the line, the guy in first wasn't that far ahead but always just far enough to be comfortable

strava 5K pr (not all time), official time unknown, probably mid to high 20s?
