Had hoped to get closer to 19min but I’ll take it.

Took a 10sec brief pause 800m before end. Definitely room for improvement, especially mentally. But first the Philadelphia HM next Saturday.

Lessons learned:
- don’t expect a huge PB without tapering and definitely not on a 10 day running streak
- make sure your watch works, the first 500m at race pace were not counted towards the 5k
- make sure Spotify works and doesn’t stop after one song
- running a PB is hard especially on your own
- know the course - a 5m hill in the final km is no fun surprise 
- A PB IS A PB 🏆
