Got a couple “be carefuls” omw up.
Paid it forward to the 2 bold travelers up there. 
The first mostly prepared but no spikes, he recognizes with regret. Did he have a light or layer? 
Hard to say.
Our 2nd contestant had no pack, or anything but a VOSS water, but claimed to have both traction and light. Was it lost in translation?
“Am I almost there?” He asks after sunset before reaching treeline. Ummmm, it’s far to do the loop, I assure him. A few hours. “Don’t worry” he assures me with a thick Eastern European accent, “I have, how you say, MUCH POWER!”
