Legs haven’t grown back yet

Nice day aside from the “omnidirectional headwind” as John McElroy once said. Right leg that’s been bothering me was acting up from the beginning, but not bad enough to stop me from going for it. Got bad enough by about halfway though :( Thought about jogging it in but decided to grind it out with a “fast shuffle” that didn’t feel like it was doing any real damage. I think I was right—feeling fine. 

You’d think I’d know better than to do two workouts the week after my 10/20 trail half and then Big One the following Tuesday as part of a full-mileage week, but I got greedy 🤦‍♂️ Never really bounced back from that. Oh well—onward and upward! But downward first!
