Was going to “Everest” Garfield today, but there was water in the tunnel and I didn’t want to risk it in the van. So instead I found this and it looked interesting… required more mental effort than I was bargaining for. Lots of off-trail travel and watch map was telling me I was off route whenever I was on route. I’m about ready to throw it in the garbage. Twas a slip-n-slide up top on the mesa with all the mud and snow. Lots of quartz and cool rocks in the riverbeds!
