Just sucks when it happens on a workout I was really looking forward to crushing. 4mi progressive wu, then what was supposed to be 4x2mi as the minimum in 10:30-10:20. Went through 3 reps in 10:29, 10:28, 10:25, then made it through the first mile of rep 4 in 5:28 wheezing real bad. Chest just couldn't open up and I didn't even wear super shoes to cheat my way through it (still rocking zoom flys). Cooled down a mile-ish just so the legs feel reasonably good for the shakeout later. Doesn't say anything negative about fitness (honestly making it through three reps with bad asthma at altitude is no small feat), but just annoying as I really wanted to push this one harder and get 5 reps out.

Onwards.
