My 12 year-old and I did the Gingerbread Dash 5K in Hagerstown.  Despite having a close call with a car at an intersection (I actually ran into the side of the vehicle), I was 2nd overall, and I got an elevated foam roller and a $25 gift card to Free Range Cafe for winning the Masters Division (well, technically the overall winner was in my age group, but the race organizers don't let people double dip on awards).  I probably should have pushed it a little more in the middle of the race.
