Third time’s the charm! Absolutely could not have asked for better weather on this beautiful course. 

As is tradition, my left hamstring got a little twitchy at 17 miles, but I was able to manage it ok. Then at 22, it did cramp for a second, but I was able to slow for a few seconds, and recover enough to continue to the finish at pace. I had it at 1:24:20 for the first half, 1:23:00 for the second half.
