I saw a bizarre interaction while I was putting my things in my car. A lady was coming down the entrance road to Cedar lot and stopped about halfway down the road, before reaching the lot. She sat parked there for a few minutes, and eventually a guy in a car came up behind her. He waited for like 30 seconds, and then when he started to slowly go around her, she started driving forward to prevent him from passing, but then stopped again. The same thing happened 3 or 4 more times, and then she started yelling at him that he needs to wait. When he pointed out that there were like 10 open spots, she just kept yelling at him that she is "trying to decide where to park" and that he needs to wait. Why are people like this?
