Thanks for the workout idea @stephenscullion Goal: 5x4’ Z4 into 5x2’ Z5/Z6 w/ 2’ walk recovery per rep
Averages:  4min interval power: 6:22/mile
2min interval power: 5:47/mile

Been over a month (spooky duke 5k) since I did any structured speed work, felt pretty good. Just took one rep at a time. I was never a track runner so anytime I complete one of these sessions it feels good. Eventually move towards gravel, xc or hills then single track.
