Trail - wet leaves covering roots and rocks
Road - single lane with no shoulder where people couldn’t care less if you live or die.

A mile for every cookie that I stuffed down my suckhole at the office potluck. I’ll chalk up the brownies, flan and apple pie as a mulligan this time around. Just me weaponizing exercise against my binge eating disorder. Closest I’ve felt to a Boston Marathon runner was shitting in somebody’s front yard at mile 6 ½. Happy holidays!
