Ski season seems to have ripped the rug right out from under my running and gym routine. This workout loosened up some of the stiffness and aching in both knees from the very same aforementioned activity. 

Pull ups - 1x20, 2x5
Lat pulldown - 4x5 (slow eccentric)
Delt raises - 4x5 (front and side superset)
Pull ups - 1x10, 1x5
Seated dbell curl and press - 4x5
Rear delt fly machine - 4x5 (slow eccentric)
Superset <Dips 4x10 + Fly machine 4x5>
Hanging knees to chest - 3x10 (each side)
Bike - 20 mins
