Workout w/ a big group! Did 3(1600, 800, 400) w/ 90s rest between reps and 2:30 between sets. Aimed for the 1600s to be at 10k, 800s at 5k and 400s at 3k. Splits were: (5:23, 2:33, 73), (5:17, 2:34, 73), (5:19, 2:33, 66). Cooked the last 4 for fun, felt good for this and had a good time working with the group. Had Cooper, Dave, Dom, Harry, and Zach. Also had Brian and Ian for support as they did the same workout. Good vibes all around going into vacation week!
