Two quick lunch laps… I feel like I made huge improvements in my body position after seeing a video of Hilary McCloy skiing at her ski strength talk last night. It never clicked how my torso should be so stable and upright while my legs move under me. I felt so much more aggressive and in control than I have before. So cool! Still a lot to work on. 
The lifties were so enthralled with my Uvex goggles… you know the ones. They asked what brand n everything.
