Travel day slog🤧🤧

203 pushups, 300 squats. 15 minutes.

Well. Voice is gone. But body is responding 🙏🏻💪🏻

Couple shuffle on my day off.

30 minute pushup EMOM.

Wasn’t expecting this. Sub 6 last mile was a joyous type of pain. Was having fun progressing, I like making my splits a work of art. lol. Then got to 7 flat and didn’t like how I felt. So just maintained. and was going to back off. But got a second wind. 
And then another burst of endorphins at mile 11 and just didn’t feel like staying at 7:15 anymore. So dropped it down and enjoyed it. Then once I saw 6:10. I thought why not just finish sub 6. 
Last half mile was less pleasant than I wanted it to be. Buttt glad I did it. 
also, Paroneal tendon acted up 5 miles in. But felt okay. 
We’ll see how it feels tomorrow! 😬
