3 minute cold shower
Intended to go back in for 10 minutes, ended up talking to people and realized I was 17 minutes in, figured I may as well go for 20 minutes, then John Temple walked in and I kept talking until I got too light headed at 29:30 and hopped out to cool off. Then I got back in for 3 more minutes because GO ONE MORE!💪

Side note, I think I have heat exhaustion…🤣🥵
